I had a deep tissue massage with Alan yesterday and it was fantastic. If I live in Yorkshire I would be going regularly.
This morning my body feels relaxed and I had an amazing nights sleep.

Absolutely loved my session, came to Alan with shoulder pain, tennis elbow and foot pain. I came out a new man after one massage session, lots of tension released and also equipped with tools and exercises which would help me address exactly issues causing pain and tension.
